FAQ 1: When we sign on, we get the message “xxx is a temporary student”. What does this mean?

If you have registered your pupils, but they get a message  during login saying they are a temporary student, then either:

A)  they or you have typed their name incorrectly: To stop this, an administrator may “Add and manage students” and tick “No temporary students”, or

B) there is a fault: This may be a corrupted file, but is more likely to be an error during the install process. Contact us

4. Click on the affected student.

5. Select “Password Change”.

6. Enter a new password, or click “No password” if you wish the student NOT to have a password.
